Successful Candidate will be responsible for the statutory duties of the position including overseeing elections, daily financial transactions, and licensing.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
Knowledge of basic accounting practices, including payroll, and the ability to learn and use accounting software.
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to take meeting minutes and transcribe for a complete record for the town.
Ability to manage time and work requirements
Able to meet deadlines
Able to deal with flexible hours that include evening board meetings
All duties as described in WI State Statute 60.33 “Duties of the Town Clerk”
Ability to work 20-30 hours per week.
Participation in the Wisconsin Retirement System
