Universal Banker – Float


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team. The Universal Banker will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting and selling a wide range of banking products and services. 

This position will support each of our locations:  Fond du Lac, Waupun and Oshkosh, WI


– Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with account-related issues

– Open new accounts and assist customers with account maintenance, including updating personal information and resolving account discrepancies

– Promote and sell various banking products and services, such as loans, credit cards, and investment products, to meet customer needs

– Process various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments

– Assist customers with online and mobile banking services, including troubleshooting and providing guidance on how to use these platforms

– Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 

– Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risk

– Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on industry trends and best practices


  • Excellent customer relations demeanor; professional in appearance and communication
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Display a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Experience in cash handling and customer service
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to work a variable work schedule
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to view computer screen, paperwork and cash
  • Ability to travel to other branch locations, as needed
