Warranty Analyst

Full time


The Warranty Analyst is responsible for processing warranty claims and concealed damage orders in a timely manner while ensuring credits are issued promptly. They will also provide training for new service companies and distributors on the proper use of various systems including the company extranet, learning management platform, and warranty system.


  • Use a warranty system to evaluate warranty and concession claims for approval
  • Answer warranty questions and resolve concerns from distributors, dealers, and servicers
  • Monitor and process warranty tickets in customer relationship management database (Zendesk)
  • Process concealed damage claims and submit part orders
  • Assist in vendor recovery efforts related to warranty part returns
  • Onboard and train new distributor employees and servicers on proper warranty submission
  • Work with other team members to support warranty administration


Experience and Education:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; equivalent experience will be considered
  • Associate degree in a business-related area (General Business, Business Administration, Business Analyst) desired
  • 1-2 years of warranty experience in commercial or consumer hard goods preferred

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; Communicate effectively and professionally across all levels of the organization and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills; Ability to self-manage workload and multiple projects simultaneously while managing and meeting tight deadlines;
  • Self-starter, demonstrating proactivity, self-initiative, and tenacity
  • Systems-proficient, particularly with MS Office Suite


  • Ability to travel as needed, on average no more than 10-15% of the time

Standard and Physical Requirements:

  • Position involves sitting long periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending and minimal lifting
