Description
The YScreen Clinician & Site Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the emotional health screening of adolescents at partnering schools throughout Fond du Lac County. This includes maintaining working relationships with partner school staff, the coordination of screening logistics, informational presentations to students and staff, screening facilitation and completion of clinical interviews, initial parent contact (with ongoing case management assistance as needed), and data management. Strong communication skills and coordination abilities are required, as is a commitment to improving the mental health of youth across Fond du Lac County. A successful candidate will understand that identifying youth who are struggling, and supporting them and their families on a path towards healing is vital to the long-term health and success of our communities.

Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, or related degree (or current enrollment in program)
