The Youth Community Enrichment Program (YCEP) at The Arc Fond du Lac is looking for fun interactive part-time & full-time employees! The program supports children with intellectual and developmental disabilities; offering summer and school year camp models, a Saturday day camp, and a new in-home respite service. The program serves youth 5 to 18 years of age. The program is designed to aid children in growth and education, and the ability to establish trust and an identity outside of their family unit. The program promotes independence, person-centered outcomes, and community inclusion.

Under the supervision of the YCEP Coordinator, Program Assistants will support children in achieving established goals. Program Assistants plan, implement, and execute outcome driven activities at The Arc main facility, in the child’s home, and in the community; assist youth students with school assignments/virtual learning, accompany youth in community settings; support them in meeting personal care needs (including toileting, feeding, etc.); drive organization vehicles and transport clients as needed; attending meetings, staff training, and other development opportunities as scheduled; and demonstrate compassion, enthusiasm, and initiative in the workplace. Must have experience with Microsoft Word systems, and basic technology skills.

Work schedule: typical YCEP hours are Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm with occasional Saturdays. Full-time and part-time positions are available. The Arc Fond du Lac offers flexible scheduling and can easily accommodate school and other work schedules.
