How you will contribute:

This is a great opportunity to perfect your customer service and communication skills to work with both our external customers and internal business partners by reaching out to facilitate outstanding accounts receivable invoices, preparing daily deposits, preparing lien waivers for customers’ payments, and assisting with the preparation of various summary reports. You will be challenged to excel beyond your expectations in a team-oriented environment.

What you need to qualify:

Ahern will help you make the most of your Associate’s degree in Business and/or Accounting as well as your collection’s experience. Candidate must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and show the ability to deal effectively with a tight month-end closing process. You can stand out above other candidates by demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, and being able to execute tasks with a great amount of detail will be crucial. Great organizational skills, a strong desire to work on a team, and the desire to continuously learn will serve you well in this role. If you are ready to bring your strong initiative, positive energy, and expertise, Ahern wants you!
