SCHEDULE

  • Monday – Thursday; 12:30pm – 11:00pm

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Provide general hardware support including desktops, laptops, printers and phones
  • Provide general software support including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Citrix and proprietary software
  • Maintain accurate records and communication, work performed, troubleshooting and resolutions through ticketing system
  • Setup and install equipment for company use, performing and ensuring proper installation of software and peripherals
  • Perform user and security administration
  • Update documentation and provide end-user training
  • Perform end of day processing per operating instructions
  • Effectively hand off more complex issues to second level IS staff as needed
  • May be required to travel to other locations as needed
  • May be required to work (regular or overtime) or provide on call support on any day, including nights, weekends (including Sunday) and holidays
  • Additional duties as assigned by management

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • A minimum of a two (2) year Technical Degree or equivalent service experience required
  • Experience of one (1) to three (3) years of related experience in a helpdesk setting
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Networking and troubleshooting experience preferred
