Overview
The corporate FP&A Analyst supports in delivering budgets, forecasts, analysis of expenses, and other financial projects for the Company.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of monthly business performance package.
- Partner with Commercial & Manufacturing organizations in expense analysis and control. Ensure appropriate variance explanations are captured as needed. Identify and communicate all risks and opportunities.
- Support set-up and validation of the new business processes and their integration within existing company structure to ensure transparent and consistent results.
- Designated business partner for supporting corporate functions.
- Propose and assists with implementation of system enhancements, department efficiencies and development of policies and operating procedures for the organization.
- Ensure the application of efficient and effective financial and operating controls within the Company.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field strongly preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Skills and Abilities:
- Results oriented with strong attention to detail to ensure deliverables are submitted in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and carry out simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization through strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of data to analyze, interpret, and present in concise audience appropriate way.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional business partners.
- Knowledge of SAP, a plus.
