Job Description: eMaint Administrator
Location: Fond du Lac, WI Trowbridge/Fox Ridge
Reports To: Maintenance Manager
eMaint Administrator Primary Responsibilities:
- All aspects of eMaint platform to include, but not limited to:
- Enter maintenance requests and maintain data, ensuring that requests are completed correctly with proper documentation and timely reporting.
- Maintain status changes to keep the system current.
- Enter maintenance purchasing requisitions and maintain data, work with AP to provide necessary documentation for processing.
- Complete monthly inventory with maintenance department and order items that are low in stock.
- Assist Tooling Lead on tooling documentation records Tool track DB/eMaint.
- Maintain and produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual eMaint reports.
- Support the eMaint maturity plan to achieve effective (CMMS) results. Work Order Management, Asset ID, Inventory organization and classification etc.
- Assist other North Region plants remotely with eMaint Administration issues and maturity.
- Other duties may include: Production data entry, Coordinate Audiometric testing with associates, assist HR with specific tasks.
eMaint Administrator Experience
- Prior experience in a manufacturing/ industrial environment preferred.
- Prior experience with data entry preferred.
- Prior experience of administrative duties preferred. CMMS/Database Administrator Knowledge, computer systems and platforms.
- Must be fluent in the English language, both written and spoken.
- Must be able to use basic math, count and use hand-held measuring tools.
- Familiarity with Lean tools, 5S helpful.
eMaint Administrator Education, Licenses & Certifications
- Ability to interact with various functional groups, internally and externally.
- High school diploma or general education degree or higher preferred.
eMaint Administrator Additional Information
- Light to moderate physical effort required including sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, climbing steps or ladders, grasping, fine and course manipulation, reaching both forward and above head level, and tolerant of temperature changes for the entire shift.
- Must be able to push, pull and/or lift up to 50 pounds; and safely operate assigned machinery.
