As a Human Resources Manager – International, you will be responsible for managing non-U.S. and Canada HR operations.  You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and programs that align with overall business objectives, corporate strategy and support international expansion.   This includes staffing, compensation, benefits, expatriate and immigration programs, employee relations and training. This position has leadership responsibility over local international HR team members and in-country HR resources. Critical for success will be the ability to balance our corporate structure and culture while understanding cultural differences.

What it takes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, preference to HR
  • At least seven years of progressive HR experience
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
  • Experience working in a global organization with international responsibilities
  • PHR/SPHR/SHRM-SCP Certification (desired)
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
