Responsible for cleaning our office, lunch/break room, and plant areas to ensure a safe, clean work environment that is always visitor ready. 

This is a 2nd shift position with shift start at 3:30pm Monday – Friday. 


  • Clean and sanitize lunchrooms, conference rooms, break areas, stair wells, and coffee stations.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum office area floors.
  • Sweep plant floor.
  • Dust and polish furniture.
  • Clean glass windows and doors.
  • Collect and dispose of recyclables and trash.
  • Clean and sanitize rest rooms.
  • Travel as needed to our Wautoma facility in a company provided vehicle to clean and make parts runs as needed.
  • Performs other duties as required. 


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • Independent and self-starting.

  • Able to perform in a manufacturing environment that may have high noise levels, dust, chemicals, oil, and grease.
  • Able to work in an environment that may be either hot, cold, or humid. 
  • Frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop and kneel.
  • Lift and or move up to 10 pounds regularly, 25 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
