The Learning & Development Manager will focus on designing, developing, and delivering professional development learning experiences. This position will develop, execute, and evaluate curriculum and programs to address competency gaps, meet organizational needs, and develop employees’ skills and competencies. The Learning & Development Manager will also work cross-functionally to support organization wide initiatives. Critical for success is the ability to embody the corporate culture in all interactions and demonstrate professionalism and excellence in customer service.

WHAT IT TAKES:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, 8+ years of progressive work experience in human resources, talent development, and/or learning and development, or equivalent combination
- Experience leading others in a collaborative environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with strong graphic design ability
- Must present a professional, positive image at all times
- Experience developing eLearning (preferred)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (preferred)
