What You Do.

  • Responsible for the inspection, documentation and transfer of product being received from supplier to proper designated raw material silo. and running acid on both.
  • Testing and documenting milk loads and patron samples for antibiotics.
  • Monitoring security of intake and food safety for all fluid products shipped and received.
  • Unloading and cleaning of milk trucks.
  • Loading of milk and sweet cream products with proper documentation and proper sealing of trailers.
  • Maintaining rotation of silos based on time and product.
  • Recording of silo charts for time, temperature and labeling of vessels that were cleaned.
  • Disassemble silo doors, wash them by hand and reassemble.
  • Making connections for the CIP system to wash silos, trailers, product lines and recon area.
  • Responsible for cleaning intake area, scrubbing floors, foaming pipes and catwalk.
  • Mixing of powder.
  • Agitation of direct-ship loads.
  • Receiving of bulk chemicals.
  • Acquire milk, cream and whey samples for lab.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Education and Experience.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED/HSED) required or minimally enrolled with anticipated completion in 12 months or less.
  • Previous manufacturing and/or food industry experience is preferred.
  • Milk tester and samplers license preferred.

Your Qualifications.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lifting up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
