Your primary focus is on cultivating robust relationships with clients and insurance carriers, driving new business opportunities, and providing steadfast support to existing clients. Your expertise lies in understanding client needs, tailoring insurance solutions, and ensuring seamless coverage experiences.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Establish enduring relationships with clients and carriers, providing personalized guidance throughout the insurance process.
  • Collaborate with Client Executives to uncover new business prospects, utilizing various strategies such as referrals and networking.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ insurance needs, recommending tailored coverage options.
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business leads, ensuring quality prospects and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain client loyalty through ongoing communication, personalized service, and targeted retention efforts.
  • Actively participate in professional development activities, managing workload efficiently while upholding agency standards and fostering positive relationships

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; OR
  • A minimum of four years of comprehensive experience within the insurance industry, either in an agency or company setting, OR
  • A minimum of four years of equivalent combined education and practical experience, preferably with a background in sales.
  • Proven capability to effectively oversee and manage a book of business.
  • Skilled in delivering compelling presentations tailored for high-level clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless interaction with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Strong analytical acumen to assess complex scenarios and formulate strategic solutions.
