Position Title: 

Production Associate – Full-Time

Pay Rate:

Starting at $20.50 per hr.  After successful completion of training on a specific job, employees will be paid $21.41 to $25.97 per hr.  Rate of pay is based on the job they perform.  

Sign on Bonus:      

$500 after 30 days

$500 after 6 months

Category/Shift:

Hourly Full-Time (Monday-Friday)

2nd Shift  3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

3rd Shift  11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

*Overtime and Saturdays as needed

Exact shift placement will depend on the plants current need. 

Training will begin on 1st shift for approximately 2 to 6 weeks.  Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime.

The Job You Will Perform:

  • Follow safety policies and procedures
  • Running and maintaining large machines in a safe manner
  • Reading factory orders
  • Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment
  • Consistent quality and count inspection of a product
  • Ability to practice great factory housekeeping
  • Ability to work overtime as needed

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
