Starting at $20.00 per hr. After successful completion of training on a specific job, employees will be paid $20.89 to $25.34 per hr. Rate of pay is based on the job they perform.
Sign on Bonus:
$500 after 30 days
$500 after 6 months
Hourly Full-Time (Monday-Friday)
2nd Shift 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
*Overtime and Saturdays as needed
Exact shift placement will depend on the plants current need.
Training will begin on 1st shift for approximately 2 to 6 weeks. Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime.

The Job You Will Perform:
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Running and maintaining large machines in a safe manner
- Reading factory orders
- Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment
- Consistent quality and count inspection of a product
- Ability to practice great factory housekeeping
- Ability to work overtime as needed
