Description
Kondex Corporation is looking for a Robotic Weld Operator to join the team.
Current openings on 2nd shift
2nd shift hours: Monday through Friday 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm
Hours can fluctuate depending on customer requirements and training needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Load and unload parts on the robotic weld machine while achieving expected rates.
- Read prints and routings.
- Perform basic inspections using hand-held measuring devices.
- Follow established machine settings and parameters.
- Learn set-ups and program editing by assisting Operator I.
- Perform 5S activities.
- May assist in training full time, part time or temporary associates in the department.

Requirements
1. High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
2. Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
3. Ability to work in a team environment.
4. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
5. Prior experience using basic hand tools is preferred.
6. Prior welding experience preferred.
Salary Description
$19.00 – $24.00 per hr +$3 per hr shift prem
