Description
The Ripon Area School District is seeking qualified candidates for a temporary full-time special education support staff member to join our team in serving students at Ripon Middle/High School beginning as soon as possible The position would primarily be working with students and teachers in Special Education with Reading, Writing, Math, Life Skills, Job Skills, as well as supporting students in General Education. The position is approximately 7:40 am-3:10 pm daily, when children are present. The temporary position is covering for a staff leave of absence.

Qualified candidates will hold (or be able to obtain) a Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction Special Education Program Aide License and demonstrate the following:
Develop and deliver high-quality education for students based on individual needs
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate well with all staff and students
Attention to details and timeliness
Ability to collect, use and monitor student data
Ability to be flexible, organized, team player and advocate for students
You will join an excellent, collaborative team of experienced, supportive Special Education teachers and therapists. Ripon has excellent facilities and materials available for serving students with special needs. Details of the job may vary depending on the candidate’s strengths and talents. Wages are $15.90/hour. No benefits available with this temporary position.
