Tools & Equipment Coordinator

How will you contribute:

The Tools and Equipment Coordinator is responsible for the overall management of the tools and equipment. Duties include taking tool and equipment orders from the field and executing and tracking all tools being used on job sites into the computer via tool tracking software. Assisting shop personnel in filling tool requests for jobs, assigning tool numbers and maintaining tool records, sourcing equipment, purchasing tools outright, organizing tools for assignment to job sites, tracking and distributing tools and equipment, communicating with customers to understand and meet their needs relating to tools and equipment, and fulfilling the requests accurately and promptly, assisting in the shipping and receiving. 

What you need to qualify: 

The physical demands of the role must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, the employee is required to stand/walk for up to 8 hours with scheduled breaks, bend, stoop, reach, lift (up to 50 pounds) and push or pull on a regular basis. Candidates should have a good driving record, and be mechanically inclined. Previous forklift experience is a plus.
