Due to our growth we currently have openings for experienced or entry level Well Drillers. The position requires ambitious and mechanically minded employees to drill deep, large diameter water wells. CDL license will be needed to drive equipment to job sites. Must be able to speak & understand English. Overnight travel and overtime are common.
Well Drilling Experience of 2 to 5 years with Foremost DR Rigs is a plus.
Candidates with minimal experience can enter our Drilling Apprentice Program after probationary period.
Starting Hourly Rate no CDL with no experience = $22.50.
Experienced Driller with CDL: Negotiated – Commensurate to experience.
First year estimated annual earnings $100,000 to $120,000.

As this position requires a CDL and since we perform a lot of Well Drilling work for various municipalities, states and the federal government, we need you to complete various forms and answer specific questions within the application process.
